Sauteed Brussels Sprouts and Apples

Sauteed Brussels Sprouts and Apples

I’ve been on the lookout for a Brussels Sprouts recipe to try, so when I was asked* to make a recipe from the BJ’s Cooking Club site, these Sauteed Brussels Sprouts and Apples sold me right away. I tweaked the recipe a bit (to add BACON) and it turned out awesome! The lightly sweet apples, smoky bacon, buttery spread, savory onions and earthy Brussels sprouts paired together perfectly. This is an easy recipe and would make a great side dish for a holiday meal or family dinner. To view your WW PersonalPoints for this recipe and track it in the WW app or site, click here!

If you’re unfamiliar with BJ’s Wholesale Club, it’s a membership-based chain of warehouse retail stores that offers great deals, often on bulk quantity products. BJ’s has many of the big brands you’re familiar with, and in addition to a robust grocery section, they also have deals on electronics, books, cleaning supplies, health and beauty products and more. I can’t tell you how nice it is to get a great deal on large quantities of items I use frequently (chicken broth, tomato sauce, etc) and not worry about running out for a while.
