Brie Turkey Wrap

This wrap makes a delicious quick lunch, especially with some fruit and a side of Crunchy Microwave Potato Chips. The cranberry jelly gives it a nice sweetness and I think that President brand light brie tastes just as good as the full fat kind. If you love brie, this is for you!

Brie Turkey Wrap

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 low fat wheat tortilla
  • 1 oz light brie, cut into thin slivers
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
  • 3 ½ oz lean deli turkey
  • baby spinach

Directions:

  1. Place the tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Add the brie pieces side by side to cover a wide strip down the middle of the tortilla. Microwave on high for 10-20 seconds, or until brie is slightly melted.
  2. Top the brie with the cranberry sauce, followed by the turkey and then the baby spinach. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, and then fold in the sides and fold final edge over the top. Cut in half on a diagonal and serve.

One comment on “Brie Turkey Wrap”

  1. After seeing this,I had to try it. I tweaked it a little to lower the points. I used La Tortilla- they makes a 1 pt tortilla and 2 oz Boar’s Head Ever Roast Chicken (1 pt). In a heated pan, I sprayed Pam and added red onion and sliced pears. I covered the pan to trap the steam and soften the pears. On the tortilla, I added 1 oz Brie that was sliced and chicken. I put the onion/pear mixture on top- added spinach and a squirt of honey mustard. It was 4 points and so so yummy!
