A little something I’m thankful for…

I just want to take a moment to let each of you know how thankful I am for you. Yes, YOU, the one reading this. Almost two years ago I decided to start a food blog as a relatively new cook because I love food and I truly believe that it can be made in a healthier way without compromising the flavors that make it craveable. I could never have imagined at the time that now I would have so many of you reading my blog and cooking alongside me. It means the world to me that you’re on this journey with me and I take every one of your comments and emails to heart. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe feedback and the stories of your weight loss journeys. It’s so inspiring and motivating to hear from you all and I really appreciate that you take the time that you reach out.

Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’re visiting for the first time, thank you. Whether you’ve made one EB recipe or ten EB recipes, thank you. If you’ve ever pinned, shared, tweeted or emailed anything on my site to share it with others, thank you. If you’re a reader and a lurker but you’ve never cooked anything from here then what are you waiting for? Try something! But also thank you. 🙂

I truly, genuinely appreciate every single reader I have out there and I am so grateful to have you. Thank you for following Emily Bites and I hope to continue to provide you with content that keeps you coming back for more!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours,
Em

  3. I’m thankful for you and your wonderful blog. I am one who needs to get off my butt and start cooking, but I have to say that your blog has some of the most appetizing sounding recipes out there. I will definitely give reviews as I start to experiment with your recipes. Keep blogging!! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. 🙂

  4. Emily, I just love the idea of portion control in the cupcake tins. I’ve also tried several recipes outside of the cupcake tins & haven’t been disappointed. Especially loved the mac&cheese muffins & the slow-cooker buffalo chix & shared the site & recipes with many friends. Thanks for sharing with us & keeping your enthusiasm up…it’s contagious…aaaah-choo!!! Ha, ha. Warm wishes to you & yours. Laurie : )

  6. Thank you for writing this blog and making weight watchers friendly recipes. I started WW a month ago, and I’ve lost 13 lbs so far. It is YOUR recipes that have gotten me through it some days. I love being able to make healthier versions of food, and you’ve inspired me to try to make my own recipes healthier (which is so much fun!). My faves so far are pumpkin french toast and the taco wrap supreme. Delicious!!

    • Congrats on your loss so far – that’s amazing!! Way to be an inspiration. I’m so glad my recipes have helped you on your weight loss journey. Keep up the great work! 🙂

  7. Emily – A huge thank you goes to you for creating this blog and sticking with it. Blogging is not always easy and it’s certainly a commitment to keep coming up with content that people want and you are doing a fantastic job. I’ve made a number of your recipes countless times and I always hear rave reviews from all friends and family member who try them. I really appreciate your ability to make recipes are that satisfying, delicious, and don’t make one feel like they are eating a plain salad while everyone else eats their favorite comfort foods. You’ve got a loyal reader in me!

  10. My deepest thanks to you Em, I stumbled across your site one day and I keep looking in to see your latest recipe. I quit WW a while ago but love that you put the points of each recipe to keep me focused. Have wonderful holidays and healthy New Year to you and yours.
