The Best Healthy Game Day Recipes

The Best Healthy Game Day Recipes

Football season is back! Whether you’re a fan of college, pro, or just love the excuse to chow down on some tasty game day grub, I’ve got you covered. I first created this roundup of The Best Healthy Game Day Recipes from my site a couple years ago, but since it’s that time of year again I thought it was about time to update it with all the great game day eats that I’ve posted since then! Whether you’re hosting a party or looking for something to bring, this list will be a great starting point for you to find a lightened up crowd-pleaser that’s Weight Watchers or calorie-counter friendly and easily fits into a healthy eating plan.

I separated the recipes out into a few categories so you can easily find what you’re looking for: finger foods, dips, soups/chili/stews, muffin tin meals and main courses. Of course, there are tons of other recipes on my site, so if you want to peruse the entire list, check out my recipe index for more categories (including a full listing under “all recipes”).

  2. What a wonderful post to find this morning, and just when I needed it. Superbowl parties always seem to be full of chips and dip, wings of some sort and other calorie laden snacks. I am so grateful for you and your devotion to serving up healthy, delicious recipes. Thank you!
